What the role is?

The Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager, Distribution Specialist – Portfolio Management will assist the Head of Distribution Specialist - Portfolio Management (DPM) in identifying distribution channel needs, creating strategic initiatives, implementing campaigns and evaluating effectiveness of projects.

Key Duties include:

• Work closely with Head of DPM to drive Unit-Linked Business (ULB), aiming for higher share of company business.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders/vendors in ULB-related projects.
• Developing, formulating, and implementing sales and marketing strategy to develop new business, build and maintain relationship with sales channels.
• Work closely with New Business Underwriting Team and case management team.
• Assist Head of DPM to facilitate business growth across all channels.
• Support ad hoc projects assigned by department head from time to time.

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business/Investment Management related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in ULB and/or insurance industry.
• Licensee of IA paper 1, 3 & 5, more preferred.
• Keen to develop a career in ULB or investment funds.
• CFA or CFP candidates preferred.
