My client is a leading cross-border internet company with strong cultural background.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and package content for TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop creative ideas, support live streaming events, and manage video assets.
• Analyze account performance and user data to optimize operations.
• Capture trends, produce high-quality videos, and improve engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in film, animation, or advertising preferred.
• 2+ years of editing experience; proficient in Final Cut, Premiere (DaVinci Resolve/AE a plus).
• Strong visual storytelling skills.
• Trend-savvy, creative, with experience in overseas platforms or complex projects preferred.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:30, weekends off.

Salary: 16,000-25,000 HKD/month

工作內容

• 負責TikTok和YouTube海外視頻平台的創意、剪輯及包裝製作。
• 根據需求提供創意和方案，並為大型直播活動及直播間提供技術支持，管理視頻素材。
• 分析官方帳號運營數據及用戶類型，復盤帳號運營工作，優化流程，提高效率。
• 捕捉熱點主題，完成視頻拍攝剪輯，不斷優化質量，提高諮詢轉化率。

​​​要求

• 學士及以上學歷，影視製作、動畫設計或廣告設計相關專業優先。
• 具備2年以上獨立剪輯經驗，熟練使用各類剪輯工具，掌握Final Cut、Premiere等軟件（熟練使用達芬奇、AE及相關包裝軟件者優先）。
• 具備良好的影像感知能力和表達積累，能準確理解鏡頭和配圖語言。
• 善於快速學習和捕捉熱點，網感強，創意豐富，有海外視頻平台或綜藝等複雜剪輯項目經驗者優先。
