Caretaker - Beacon Hill School
JOB DESCRIPTION
Beacon Hill School requires a full- time Caretaker commencing in April 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaners and work closely with school administrators
- Unlock and lock up premises and the beginning and end of the working day
- Move furniture and equipment around the school or office as needed
- Monitor the storage of furniture and equipment on- site
- Set up and break down venues (such as meeting rooms or halls) for events such as school assemblies, board meetings, concerts and fairs.
- Liaise with ESF contractors and facilities staff on building repair and maintenance works
- Supervise cleaning and security staff or service providers
- Assist with the liaison and preparation for external hiring of site premises
- Act as on- site liaison for staff during non-working hours
- Undertake minor repairs
- To perform other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objective

- 在非工作時間擔任員工的學校聯絡人
- 負責學校各類家俱和設備的簡單修理工作
- 配合辦公室主管所指派之其他工作
Requirements
- Relevant working experience is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Initiative and the ability to take appropriate action when required
- Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
