Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolios
  • Prepare property budget, monthly reports, and meeting minutes
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters
  • Monitor the performance of contractors
  • Handle enquiries and complaints
  • Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary

Requirements

  • Degree in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in property management
  • Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) holder
  • Relevant professional qualifications MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM an advantage
  • Holder of Estate Agent’s licence preferred
  • Mature, self-motivated and responsible
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
