- 中學會考五科合格（包括中文及英文（課程乙）或以上）或中學文憑考試同等等級。熟悉電腦應用，中英文輸入法。
職責：
- 負責接待及解答查詢，協助處理會計，安排維修，預約/預備場地，採購及報價，文書，辦公室文具供應，資產管理，辦公室設施管理等。
- 按服務需要，星期六或公眾假期上班。
- 此職位屬「項目為本」(project based) 性質。
