Job Duties:
- Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues
- To provide 1st tier & 2nd tier technical support of network system to users
- To configure, administer network monitoring system in both physical and virtual environments
- To configure, administer and secure networks in both development as well as production environments
- Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in IT field
- At least 2 years of experience as a network engineer or equivalent (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position)
- CCNP/HCIP or equivalent
- Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switchings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
