Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / advertising / business management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a marketing position or related field
• Proven capability in multi-channel marketing strategies and deployment, including China social media channels
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other online photo/video editing apps (e.g. Canva)
• A good team player with ability to work independently and a positive attitude under tight deadlines
• Thrive in fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multi-task, organise, and respond to change in pace
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in implementing effective strategies and marketing initiatives that align with the brand objectives and drive business growth
• Assist in planning and executing key marketing initiatives, including social media, promotions, KOL engagement, and event campaigns
• Responsible for the execution of daily tasks, reporting, and any ad hoc projects assigned by the direct manager
• Create marketing materials for various social media channels and other relevant media formats
• Participate in team strategy sessions to brainstorm innovative ideas and approaches to optimise marketing efforts
