Job Responsibilities:

- To deploy, manage and troubleshoot on Linux/Windows system and other virtualization platform like VMWare, Linux KVM etc.
- To document all necessary technical procedures as knowledge base and define operation procedures
- To provide professional technical support to clients
- To assist Sales team in pre-sales business engagement
- Additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines of Tertiary Education
- Solid experiences in system administration and technical support is preferred
- Hands-on experience in Linux/Windows is a MUST
- Holder of RHCT/RHCE, LPI, MCSA, MCSE is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in KVM/VMWare is an advantage
- Good communication skill, fluent in Chinese and English
- Being aggressive, good problem-solving skills, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and according to schedule
- Less experience will be considered as System Engineer
