Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sports Development Team to understand event and program requirements, ensuring smooth logistics planning and execution
  • Oversee the facility management of sports facilities
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper maintenance and repair of sports equipment and facilities
  • Supervise a support team consisting of technicians and cleaners
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to the technical team, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of work
  • Monitor and track maintenance activities, including equipment servicing, repairs and replacements and ensuring optimal functionality
  • Implement and enforce cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the sports centre
  • Manage the inventory of equipment, supplies, and the materials necessary for sports events and facility operations
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency, safety and compliance with regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services and support as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and innovations in sports facility management and event logistics
  • Prepare management reports
  • Act as a sport ambassador of GO PARK Sports

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Have 6 years of solid experience in operations support, logistics management or facility management in a sports or events environment
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
  • Energetic, outgoing and active
  • Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a technical team
  • Have knowledge of sports facility operations, equipment maintenance and cleanliness protocols
  • Passionate about service improvement
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Required to work shift including holidays
