Description

The Sales Manager will manage assigned customers, acquire projects including specification work, follow-up, collaborate with Project Manager, and determine and implement project pursuit strategies aligned with company direction. You will maximize opportunities and contribute to the long-term business success of customers, regularly communicate individual project status with direct report head, develop and deliver customer value messages on technical and commercial fronts, prepare quotations in collaboration with the Sales department, convert leads to opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure sales, build relationships with key decision-makers and alliance partners, and identify project opportunities at the earliest possible stage.

Profile

The successful applicant should hold a Science/Engineering Degree or Higher Diploma in Electronic/ Mechanical/ Environmental related fields. You shall be a team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills, proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. You should have 5-7 years of sales experience preferably in relevant fields or similar industries, familiarity with SFDC & SAP as an added advantage. Willingness to travel upon request is necessary.
