Officer, Customer Information Maintenance (Account Investigation)
Dah Sing Financial GroupSupport Account Investigation Section and cross section support to all sections of the Department including but not limit to Bank Confirmation and Document Retrieval.
Main Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle account enquires and information requests from various solicitors, Accounting firms, and regulatory bodies
- Block / debit / close account for bankrupt / liquidation / tax recovery and issue cashier order as required
- Retrieve required account information / documents from various systems
- Ensure the administration, processing and operations of responsible job in compliance with established policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensure all responsible cases can be completed within deadline
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties, review and update departmental operations manual / terminal guideline as assigned by supervisor
- Involve in projects and participation in UAT where required
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking operations
- Require broad knowledge of bank operations and customer requirements
- PC literacy is an advantage
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
