We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, producing comprehensive product documentation, and continuously optimizing our products to enhance user experience and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze user requirements to inform product development.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Support the product development lifecycle from concept through launch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Technology).
• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
