Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of up to 20's Staff’s operation.
• Handle and deliver excellent customer service with clients’ enquiries on account opening, market information, complaints with professional manner.
• Oversee QAT (Training and Quality Assurance); Team to conduct QA and deliver trainings to staff from CS and sales; Conduct QA program (live chat) and training to CS Staff
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge database and transform the use of manuals from paper to digital tools to increase operation efficiency.
• Ensure complete capturing and proper storing of client’s documents.
• Manage communication with internal and external parties.
• Drive process improvement and manage customer service-related projects.
• Obtain feedback from customers on the service delivered and recommend improvement plan as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in business or related disciplines; with at least 5 years' relevant experience in a customer service leader role.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin (a must) and Cantonese.
• Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Customer focused, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Positive and self-motivated mindset with strong leadership skill. Good team player with strong common sense and able to work under pressure.
• Attention to details, mature, patient, strong sense of responsibility.
• AI knowledge is preferred.
• Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
