    工作地點: - 九龍灣
    - 旺角
    - 屯門

    工作時間: 五天工作, 每週工作42.5小時, 輪班輪休

    職責:

    • 於網上宣傳平台尋找潛在顧客，主動推廣服務及產品優惠

    • 致力提供良好客戶服務，並透過各種網上渠道，例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體、論壇、電郵、在線聊天、及其他社交媒體平台

    • 跟從規定及程序處理工作，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程

    • 以專業態度履行職務，並時刻保持公司形象

    • 按需要協助處理其他工作

    工作要求:

    • 香港中學會考或文憑或以上

    • 具良好中英寫作能力

    • 具良好的粵英口語溝通能力

    • 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售

    • 客戶為先，具解決困難能力並著重成果

    • 熟悉各種社交媒體渠道

    • 具電訊業或電話銷售經驗者優先考慮
