We are looking forward an experienced Assistant Reservations Supervisor / Senior Reservations Agent / Reservations Agent to work in our Hotel's :

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer’s daily reservations received by phone, fax, email and online channels
• Answer to all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally according to hotel standard
• Enter reservations detail accurately
• Maintain the filing system accurately

 

Requirement:

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate will also be considered 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
