Monitor and provide administrative support to Project team within the projects schedule, budget and costing requirement
Sub-letting orders to contractors and issue purchase order
Negotiate w/vendors & sub-contractors to increase project profitability
Co-ordinate with factory and supplier for material arrangement
Assist project team to prepare administrative duties
Responsible for daily logistics operations
Handle customer inquiry, issue invoices
Handle daily operation data entry
Work closely with the team member and liaise with customer on sales services
Participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.
Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE level or diploma holder in related discipline
1 years relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint'
Details-minded, outgoing, positive with strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive with can-do attitude
Immediately available is preferred
