Description

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of solar panel and system projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain progress.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in solar energy or renewable systems.
• Strong understanding of solar panel installation, system design, and energy regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
