Key elements of the job:
 

• Handle phone and email inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with client on-boarding, including document verification, KYC, CDD, and AML process
• Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
• Provide support services to the Hong Kong, PRC & Overseas business units
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned

The ideal candidate:
 

• Bachelors or Associate Degree or Tertiary education
• 2 years of customer service experience in the financial industry
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• SFC Licenses for Type 1 & 2 is preferred
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Officer
