Job Responsibilities

• Engage in project to integrate operational systems data into SAP FICO, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Supervise the implementation and continuous improvement of the SAP accounting system, ensuring it meets organizational requirements
• Monitor a Group finance operational model aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and unifying financial data for better analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop tailored solutions, and provide actionable recommendations
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations or enhancements, ensuring systems function according to specifications
• Stationed in Dongguan is required (5 days/week)

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting or business analysis with a strong background across multiple finance systems or accounting platforms
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese; ability to communicate in Putonghua is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with accounting software and ERP systems, with knowledge SAP Fi/CO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
• Highly motivated and self-directed, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate available is preferred
