Responsibilities

• Provide HR services including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Assist in administering HR system and preparing related reports for management’s review.
• Responsible for data consolidation and analysis, and compile regular HR analytic reports.
• Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives.
• Assist in drafting and translating HR documents.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 5 years HR experience in C&B area
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• Strong computer literacy in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Detail-minded, well-organized and work independently
• Immediately available is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
