Responsibilities 職責:

• Collaborating with the R&D team to support the development of new products
  與研發團隊合作，支援新產品的開發
• Communicate with the manufacturers on production plan and conduct QA process
  與製造商溝通生產計畫並進行品質保證流程
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely procurement
  發出採購訂單並監控交貨時間表，以確保貨物準時送達。
• Manage inventory control and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory level
  管理存庫數量，以維持最佳庫存。
• Assist in managing documentation and record keeping related to R&D activities, including formulation details and test results
  協助記錄管理與研發活動，包括配方細節和測試結果。
• Required to work in a branch sometimes
  間中需要到分店工作
• Report on the daily work schedule to head of R&D
  向研發總監匯報每日工作。

Requirements 要求:

• Minimum 1 year working experience, food industry preferred
  至少 1 年工作經驗，有食品工作經驗優先
• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science or related disciplines is highly preferred
  優先考慮食品科技、食品科學或相關專業的學士學位
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  具備良好的英文和中文書寫和口語能力
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
  精通 MS Office 和中文打字
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
  優先考慮能立即上崗的人員
