Job Description:

• Responsible for performing all-round Human Resources duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits (C&B), payroll, employee relation, performance management and other related HR services
• Explore channels for recruitment and execute recruitment activities (e.g. NGO, career fair, recruitment day)
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirement:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year experience, preferably in F&B industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
