Responsible for performing all-round Human Resources duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits (C&B), payroll, employee relation, performance management and other related HR services
Explore channels for recruitment and execute recruitment activities (e.g. NGO, career fair, recruitment day)
Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 1 year experience, preferably in F&B industry
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
