Job Description:

• Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance
• Perform routine system checking for server, network, firewall and backup
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on desktop systems, such as applying software updates, antivirus scans, and system optimizations
• Support the procurement plan in preparing insightful reports and conducting data analysis to inform decision-making
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in infrastructure support and management
• Experience in Endpoint Security Solutions is essential
• Experience in Office Automation is essential
• Experience in supporting or work under government project is required
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
