Responsibilities:

• Manage the AP and AR process utilizing the shared service team in China.
• Handle cash flow management.
• Prepare month-end closing reports, including sales reports, sales commission, VAT, and other reporting requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations, ledger entries, and schedules for month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with overseas intercompany teams for finance function standardization and report delivery.
• Assist with other daily and ad hoc matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in a sizable company.
• Positive work attitude, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Quick learner with good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• A candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred.
