Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Maintain smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to
• Ensure Housekeeping Team deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Conduct inventory of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, printing and stationary for the rooms, linen, etc and report to the Director of Housekeeping
• Coordinate and maintain equipment maintenance reports and records

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel and Catering Management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of colleagues. Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.

• Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality.
• Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different.
