Job Overview

This role supports the Engineering team to maintain a pristine and well-organised hotel environment. We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us. Those who are passionate about meeting new people, making a spontaneous impression, and think out of the box will enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Responsible for the hotel's painting, carpentry, plastering
• Perform daily maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities
• Perform all duties as assigned by Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer
• Carry out safety precautions at all times

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance, preferably painting in hotel maintenance 
• Holder of valid Safety Card & registration certificate issued by the Construction Industry Council  
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience. preferably at either a hotel, serviced apartment or in facility management
• Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills

• Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality.
• Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different.
