Responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the accounting operations of FMD and its subsidiaries (EAFM and EAPA), reviewing and monitoring branch payment and the process.
Handle customers’ and different section enquiries
Assist in preparing, checking and / or reviewing accounting transactions and reports for any irregularities
Perform cash flow management and bank reconciliation
Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports, budgets, forecasts, month end closing and reviewing branch payment on a timely basis
Handle the cost allocation to business units
Arrange adequate resources to support daily accounting operations
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting OR
Relevant Professional Qualification (LCCI – level 2 (Accounting) or above);
At least 3 years relevant experience covering the following areas:
Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and good in communication;
Able to work under pressure;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
To handle full set of account independently.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
