What you’ll do

• Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
• Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
• Administer and coordinate all property management functions
• Maintain excellent rapport with residents
• Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree in property-related studies with more than 5 years’ experience in property management and at least 3 years’ in supervisory level
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred
• EAA License holder is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Confident and presentable
• Outgoing with initiative, able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
