About our client:

Our client is a top tier international law firm looking to hire a mid-senior level M&A Lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The successful candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity investments, joint ventures, limited partner investments, and general corporate transactional matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Provide legal support for venture capital and private equity investments, including fund formation and management.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, joint venture agreements, and related documents.
• Assist with limited partner investments and other fund-related matters.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 3-6 PQE in M&A, venture capital, and private equity, preferably in a reputable law firm.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, transactional matters, and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and internationally.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
