Job Description

• Coordinate with overseas sales team and production team
• Promote and explore for new business and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
• Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
• Follow up sample developing, quotation, packaging, order processing and delivery arrangement
• Perform ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirement

• F.5/ DSE or above
• 2 years customer service experience in garment accessories field is preferable.
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Mature & responsible, good interpersonal skills
• Good PC Knowledge & communication skill
• Immediately available preferred
