Part Time Officer / Executive (Job ref: PTO-2514-CT)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the records management process, including cataloguing and digitization;
  • To assist in building the AIC database and collections, including but not limited to conduct desktop research on arts events for archival purposes;
  • To assist the daily operation and administration of the AIC, be available to work on Saturdays;
  • To perform such other duties as may be assigned by the departmental supervisor(s).

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and interest in arts/ library information/ archival/information management would be an advantage;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, meticulous and well organized;
  • Available to work on Saturday and occasionally on Sunday, flexible hours on weekdays;
  • Proficiency in PC operations (MS based applications, particularly MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Currently studying or graduated from a higher diploma/ associate degree or bachelor’s degree program are also considered;
  • Contract is renewable.

Working Hour: Average 16 hours per week

Salary: Rate ranged from $70 to $85/hour, depends on experiences and education background.

Successful candidate will be offered a 20 months contract. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
