We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our facilities.

What you need:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Housekeeping Department with at least 5 years in supervisory level;
• Excellent in housekeeping staff scheduling and operations
• Ability to guide, coach and motivate departmental members
• Strong commitment to service excellence
• Strong communication skills with all Departments to have a good understanding of other Departments’ operational flows
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

What you will do:

• To supervise housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and room assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Encourage staff development and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Order supplies as necessary and manage budgetary constraints.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests related to housekeeping services.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations.
• Promote a safe working environment for all staff.
