Responsibilities:

• 編制並實施針對銷售團隊的店內培訓計劃，包括銷售技巧、服務質素和提高他們的專業知識，採用多種教學方法，如進行現場管理、互動講授、案例分析等，確保內容符員工需求和公司標準。
• 根據學員的反饋和培訓效果，持續改進培訓內容和方法，以提高培訓質量
• 在培訓後提供持續的支持和指導，協助學員將所學知識應用到實際工作中。
• 分析培訓需求，開發新方法、評估、作業和反饋，並協助銷售運營。
• 與零售經理和產品經理合作，規劃並實施定期培訓活動。
• 管理培訓預算，利用資源滿足業務需求。
• 為所有辦公室和銷售團隊進行入職培訓。
• 負責複習投訴案例，有效地找出改進方案。
• 支持並協助銷售運營

Requirements:

• 文憑或以上學歷，培訓與發展、市場學、商業管理或相關學科相關專業；
• 有5年及以上相關銷售或顧客服務工作經驗，
• 具豐富的鞋類或運動產品知識，有多品牌經驗者獲優先考慮
• 具備良好溝通、組織能力、問題解決及表達能力。
• 流利粵語、簡單英文及普通話 (說話及書寫能力)
