Manage key accounts/distributors and formulate channel strategies to achieve sales target.
Build strong, long-term and loyal customer relationships in order to develop market share.
Work with channel customer to build annual sell-out campaign calendar in aims of driving the sustainable growth of business.
Collaborate with marketing team to identify and catch new opportunities in the channel customers.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
POS analysis for strategic planning.
Who are we looking for?
University graduate preferably in marketing, business or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of sales experience with exposure in consumer product markets.
FMCG & supermarket related experience is preferred.
Solid experience in marketing is definitely an advantage.
Sound skills in key account and distributor management.
Hands-on experience in POS data analysis to explore new opportunity and sell out activities with customers to drive business growth.
Passionate, aggressive with a "can do" spirit to achieve sales targets and goals.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative, self-motivated, independent, hard-working and able to work under high pressure.
Good Team player with high degree of ownership.
Good presentation and computer skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin.
