To be accountable and be responsible to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs, deliver the company’s sales and profit targets
Achieve the company's monthly sales target by acquiring new sales opportunities and enhancing existing customer base
Responsible for sales negotiating, closing the business and trade terms with customer
Develop collaborative partnerships with business partners, maintain a professional relationship with customers
Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitor’s activities, and customer profile are also necessary
Work closely with the procurement and production team and provide sales forecast to monitor and control the stock level
Gathering market, consumer and competitive information
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or any equivalent
At lease 3-5years’ experience in food service industry (related to branded products, knowledge in Pastry and Bakery products is an advantage.)
Business relationship with bakery & pastry products producers / manufacturers / retailers is an asset
Excellent in selling, communication, presentation and account management
Position title may be adjusted subject to candidate's experience and seniority
Proficient in both English & Chinese
