Job description and responsibilities:
• Familiar with the requirements for Site Investigation department.
• Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring;
• Assistant to coordinate and liaise with client, main contractors, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects;
• Submit record and record photos;
• Carry out site visit occasionally.
Job requirements:
• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent is an advantage;
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Construction Industry;
• Safety Card holder;
• Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Communication and site management skills.
