Allianz Partners Hong Kong is a leading local B2B2C insurance solution provider, specialized in consumer lines insurance products and assistance services. Our partnerships include leading global and local brands, and span across automotive, banking, tourism / airline, retail / eCommerce sectors, as well as traditional broker and agency channels.
This role plays a key role in executing the sales strategy across our Bancassurance segment, including traditional and virtual bank partnerships to ensure business plans are achieved. In addition to generating new business across an omni-channel distribution network, you will also play a key role in developing and implementing new campaigns, products, and customer solutions that contribute to the partnership’s profitable growth.
Accountabilities:
- Be the day-to-day contact with one of the reputable retail bank in Hong Kong to address and resolve all issues and develop business opportunities with the banking partner.
- Manage and monitor a team of outbound tele-marketers in the retail bank to implement the strategies mutually agreed with the banking partner.
- Delivery of account financial targets, including revenue growth and optimization of profitability, through marketing promotion, outbound telemarketing channel and digital marketing.
- Identify and steer opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Allianz products within each existing account.
- Collaborate closely with Executives in all areas to ensure profitability and client service levels are maintained.
- Lead the management of key issues with impact on relationships of business partners, and manage/escalate complex client matters to ensure that the client’s expectations are met and the long term relationship with the client is strengthened.
- Adhering to all relevant legal regulations applying to the businesses conducted by the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in Account Management role, with more than 5 years of experience gained from insurance, banks, telemarketing, digital marketing or broker firms
- Strong understanding of local insurance practice, and/or familiarity with telemarketing industry in finance sector and/or familiarity with banca programs and bank structures.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, driving commercial opportunities and negotiation processes.
- Strong ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business and with external clients.
- Solid attention to detail, and ability to analyze information to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
