• Documentation Wizard: Create and maintain system and operations documentation that keeps our processes clear and accessible.
• User Support: Provide ongoing support to users, helping them navigate our applications and resolve any issues they encounter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in an IT role, but we’re open to fresh graduates with a passion for coding!
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with design, programming, and microservices is a plus.
• Programming Skills: Experience with .NET Core, or RESTful APIs is essential for web-based software development.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical Thinker: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
