About Us:

We are reputable knit textile supplier, specializing in high-quality knitted textiles for the established brand apparel. We are seeking a meticulous, motivated, and detail-oriented Data Entry and Analysis Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and accurately maintain data within FlexPLM, Trustrace, Tracker, BCCI, and Textile Genius platforms.
• Analyze, cross-check, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments ( Merchandising, Production, Quality Assurance team) to maintain updated and correct system data.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to company data-management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• DSE or above.
• Previous experience in data entry and analysis within textile, apparel, garment industry, or related supply-chain environments preferred.
• Familiarity and proficiency with industry-specific software tools: FlexPLM, Trustrace, Tracker, BCCI, Textile Genius, or similar PLM and ERP systems highly advantageous.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with good analytical and numerical accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
