One of the well-established companies with good reputation for tackling diverse range of civil engineering projects, is seeking for high calibre applicants to fill in the following positions for its Hong Kong Projects:-

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Prepare purchase order, coordinate delivery of ordered items and follow up orders
• Handle incoming calls and mails
• Source and evaluate the performance of suppliers in relation to pricing, delivery and quality
• Liaise with vendors, engineers and sales etc.
• Work with internal parties and departments in procurement needs and to meet supply needs
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments assigned by immediate supervisor
• Act as back-up of other team members when reqired
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisors

Requirement:

• HKDSE / Form 5 with certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advance
• Working experience in construction field preferred
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, multi-tasking and flexible to accommodate changing requirements
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
