Key Responsibility:

• Data Pre-processing and Prompt Engineering : Implementing Generative AI Chatbots.
• Evaluation of LLMs : Comparing the performance and accuracy of different Large Language Models.
• Hypervisor Administration : Performing administrative and technical duties for hypervisors such as KVM and Hyper-V.
• DevOps Support : Engaging in development and support for container deployment infrastructure and lifecycle.
• Incident Management : Handling incidents, user requests, system administration tasks, and troubleshooting.
• Emergency Support : Providing after-office-hour standby or emergency support as needed.
• Additional Duties : Performing any other tasks assigned by the Director or their delegates.

Qualification:

• Degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
• Basic understanding of virtualization, containerization, and the DevOps model.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Strong analytical capabilities along with good interpersonal and communication skills.
