Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers and merchandising team on hats / bags construction and workmanship
• Jointly work with merchandising teams to find the best way on developing a right sample from appearance, costing and production perspective
• Review tech pack, make correct measurement, give comments on fabric technical issues, fabric alternatives, find the cause and apply the solution to the defective samples
• Work closely with factory to ensure product is correctly made per requirement (both in sampling stage and production stage)
• Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Textile and Apparel Preferred
• Solid experience in merchandising field especially hats and bags; working experience in hats manufacturing is preferred
• Sound knowledge in fabric, sewing, pattern making and garment production (knit/woven).
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
