Duties:

• Manage finance related system development and enhancement projects, acting as the project manager
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement finance-related and budgeting systems and processes
• Monitor, coordinate and work with developers and external consultants on systems development and enhancements tasks
• Perform UAT testing to ensure financial related systems and processes function as intended and meet user requirements
• Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement during the testing phase
• Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and payment review
• Prepare and review all management accounts and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering professional development and collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Relevant professional qualification holders are preferred, including CPA or equivalent
• At least 6 - 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position, leading a finance team
• Experience with SAP / Peoplesoft, and other similar ERP system is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
