Manage finance related system development and enhancement projects, acting as the project manager
Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement finance-related and budgeting systems and processes
Monitor, coordinate and work with developers and external consultants on systems development and enhancements tasks
Perform UAT testing to ensure financial related systems and processes function as intended and meet user requirements
Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement during the testing phase
Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and payment review
Prepare and review all management accounts and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering professional development and collaboration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
Relevant professional qualification holders are preferred, including CPA or equivalent
At least 6 - 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position, leading a finance team
Experience with SAP / Peoplesoft, and other similar ERP system is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
