主要職責:

• 履行全方位的客戶服務，包括客戶接待、開發票、預約、處理電話諮詢等
• 致電給客戶以開發潛在客戶
• 管理客戶記錄
• 如有需要，處理一些文書支援工作
• 處理其他臨時性質的工作

工作要求:
 

• 中五會考 / DSE 或以上學歷
• 1-2年相關工作經驗。 本司提供培訓
• 流利廣東話、良好英語及普通話
• 略懂銷售及喜歡與別人對話溝通
• 友善有禮、有團隊精神、工作積極主動、有耐性及細心
• 良好溝通技巧和有常識、及良好應對電話技巧
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office (Word 和 Excel)及中文輸入法

Principle Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of customer services including customer reception, invoicing, appointment booking, handling telephone enquiries, etc
• Make telephone call to customers to generate leads
• Manager customer records
• Perform other minor administrative support if needed
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE, equivalent or above
• 1-2 years relevant working experience. Training provided
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Possess selling skills preferable and like to engage in conversation
• Pleasant personality, good team player, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
