Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements
Manage both directly and indirectly, processes, people, infrastructure to facilitate Quality
Understand all customers quality requirement
Pre-Production Quality Assuring: Effectively interact with the technical team in development stage
Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
Consolidate, analyze, and report on Quality performance
Analyze and influence Supplier Quality Performance, directing improvement efforts
Monitor production through effective to improve quality
Handle all customers complaints
Skills and qualifications
University graduate preferably in quality and engineer relevant
At least 3-5 years of working experience in QA/QC in the toys industry as quality manager
Ability to demonstrate superior understanding of factory operation, quality and supply chain process.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proactive and good team player
Good communication skills with different level of people
Strong data analytical and presentation skills and logical thinking
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel, and Chinese word processing
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
5.5 days work week, working location in China
Occasion travel to China and Vietnam factory is required
