The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of AI/ML and data programs , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking , excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple AI/ML and data programs  by developing and managing a comprehensive program plan that includes timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate the program vision into actionable goals, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and alignment
• Collaborate across teams, define and manage program scope to align with business objectives and proactively address changes.
• Identify and manage risks and issues across projects.
• Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI/ML and data analytics.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, focusing on AI/ML and data initiatives.
• Strong banking industry knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
• Successful track record in leading change management and executing program governance.
• Ability to synthesize insights and influence actions in a large corporate environment.
• Must be strong in managing scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, and integration/change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Cloud technology experience is a plus.
• Good command of Cantonese and English, both spoken and written.
