Responsibilities:

• Maintain companies' internal IT services and network infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate internal infrastructure projects and end-user support services.
• Responsible for handling hardware maintenance on network equipment, server, PC, PABX and all related equipment.

 Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or related subjects.
• 4+ years of hand-on experience and IT support and administration.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Firewall, Switching, VMware, NAS, AD.
• Hands-on experience in following areas:

      1.  Windows/Unix server administration

      2. Microsoft 365 administration

      3. Data and voice network administration

      4. PC workstation support/troubleshooting

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
