Job Description

To cope with the continuous business expansion of the Company, we invite talented and professional candidate to join our growing IT Team:

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on user support, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC and Mac hardware and software.
• Manage network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust security across various locations.
• Support business applications, Microsoft 365 platform and internal tools to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement IT solutions and improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to desktop support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in IT technical support.
• Solid experience in managing and supporting Windows Server, MS Office, Windows client, Mac OS and networking.
• Experience with DLP, ITSM, M365, Azure/AWS, PRTG is an advantage.
• Willing to learn. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work under pressure.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Occasion business travel.
• Immediate available is an added advantage.
