We are looking for a Brand Executive/ Assistant under the brand Future Classics; an international womenswear brand for the Asian market.  Future Classics is a partner brand of KAPOK, a Multi-brand retailer based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

Overall:

• Support Manager in daily analysis and activities 
• Assist in buying and planning function to ensure the brand achieve retail and business objective.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building sales projections for budgets & forecasts
• Develop OTB budgets
• Execute sales and stock management process including merchandise plan, allocation, consolidation, seasonal markdown and inventory control. 
• Consolidate weekly & monthly sales analysis, and review business performance with all KPIs
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risk and opportunity across channels.
• Collaborate with Retail Operation, VM, Product, Marketing and merchandising.
• Handle special and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Brand Assistant

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience of solid buying & merchandising planning experience in retail chain environment
• Self-motivated, positive 
• A fast learner, acute market sense with strong analytical mind and product sense
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
