About the role

RIPEN Limited is seeking a talented Help Desk Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our clients, with a focus on the airport area and Kwun Tong. Working in a 24x7 shift schedule, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless technology operations for our diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from customers in a timely and effective manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network problems
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on the use of IT systems and applications
• Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
• Continuously explore ways to enhance the efficiency and quality of the help desk services

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably in the information and communication technology industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
• Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Certification in IT support, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
